Appropriation Subject to Limitation FY 2012-2013 <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to <br />approve Adoption of Resolution No. 060712-A, establishing the Annual <br />Appropriations subject to the limitation set forth in Article XIIIB of the <br />Constitution of the State of California, that it be read in titre only and all <br />further readings be waived. <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to <br />approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />7. DEFERRED MATTERS <br />A. Public Hearing Update to Approved Budget to Second year of Budget <br />for Fiscal Year 2011-12 and 2012-13 <br />Lewanda introduced the item and reviewed the current economic outlook. The <br />RDA pass thru allocation was expected on June 15t, but according to the County the <br />Thousand Oaks allocations have yet to be released. There are many challenges <br />on the revenue side; some expenses outside of the District's control continue to <br />increase, such as water costs. The current budget is based on a set of <br />
