Contractor Tender and Release Agreement for Oakbrook <br />Neighborhood Park Improvements and Rancho Conejo Playfreld <br />Parking Expansion Between the Conejo Recreation and Park District, <br />SureTec Insurance Company, and Environmental Construction, Inc. <br />Hare presented the the Board Report and Agreement. He reviewed the four <br />recommendations from the staff report. He stated the District is ready to <br />move forward and begin the project with a replacement contractor. Hare will <br />send out an email this evening to concerned citizens regarding the project <br />status and will continue to provide them timely updates. Construction should <br />commence with 35-45 days on both sites. <br />Jones moved, Jacobsen seconded, and it carried 5-0 to: <br />1. Transfer and appropriate $300,000 from the General Fund to CIP <br />account 62-801-811-80601-003 Project 62-2. <br />2. Transfer and appropriate $40,000 from the General Fund to CIP <br />account 61-805-811-81501-007 Project RCP -503. <br />3. Authorize General Manager to accept the replacement contractor <br />(ECI) provided by the performance bond surety company <br />SureTec, and execute the Contractor Tender and Release <br />Agreement for Oakbrook Neighborhood Park Improvements and <br />Rancho Conejo Playfeld Parking Expansion. <br />4.
