Ordering the "Levy of the Annual Assessment Maintenance District 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) No. 051012-A, for Landscape It was moved by Holt, seconded by Jones, and carried 4-1 (Gibson voting no) to approve Adoption of Resolution 051012-A ordering the Levy of Annual Assessments for LIVID 92-1 (Rancho Cone;o) that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived. B. Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Resolution No. 051012-13, Ordering the Levy of the Annual Assessment for Landscape Maintenance District 94-1 (Dos Vientos) It was moved by Holt, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 4-1 (Gibson voting no) to approve Adoption of Resolution No. 051012-B Ordering the Levy of Annual Assessments for LMD 94-1 (Dos Vientos) that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived. C. Facility Fees and Charges Lindsey presented the staff recommendations and noted the following: the last time the racquetball fees were changed was in 2006; the last time the fee for staffing was changed was in 2008; and the application processing fees have not been changed since 1998. These increases keep the District in line with rising costs and also keep rates competitive with surrounding areas. Discussion ensued regarding the justification for the raises and a request was made for more data to consider as part of the request for fee adjustments. It was moved by Holt, seconded by Jones and carried 3-2 (Jacobsen and Gibson voting no) to adopt Resoiution 051012-C Setting the Facility and Filming Fees and Charges for Conejo Recreation & Park District effective July 1, 2012 with the following amendments, i.e., adjust non-refundable application processing fee from $10.00 to $12.00
