Adopt Resolution 120315-A and Authorize General Manager to sign Agreements setting up a Social Security Replacement Plan for new Part -Time, Temporary, and Seasonal Employees (PTS) to be Administered by ICMA-RC Lewanda reported on the need for this Resolution, which was driven by new accounting rules regarding pensions. She explained the current plan and the rationale for adopting the proposed plan, which was developed under the guidance of the Finance and Audit Committee (Holt and Huffer.) It was moved by Holt, seconded by Huffer, and carried 5-0 to Adopt Resolution No. 120315-A, that it be read in title only and all future readings we waived, and authorize General Manager to sign Agreements setting up a Social Security Replacement Plan for new Part -Time, Temporary, and Seasonal Employees (PTS) to be Administered by ICMA-RC. 10. Parks Division Report Hare reported installation of decomposed granite at the Dog Park has commenced; the park will be closed until December 10. The price of some club cars purchased by the District was higher than expected due to sales tax inclusion; the price increased from 29K to 32K. The next water reports will be provided in January. The Goebel Cafe is slated to have a "soft" opening on December 14th. Hare will be meeting with CalWater representatives next week regarding a possible reclaimed water project at Triunfo Community Park. B. Recreation Division Report Lindsey referenced Rec Highlights. Lori Olbrich, Recreation Supervisor at Conejo Community Park, is working closely with the T.O. Police Department in preparation for the 850 Warwick Holiday Party and Open House to be held Friday, December 11 t'. Gibson, who will be unable to attend Lindsey's Retirement Party next week, thanked Lindsey for her many years of service to the District. C. Management Services Division Report No report.
