December 3, 2015 <br />Page 3 <br />and pump installation, backflow removal, existing valves, heads, mainline, and <br />drinking fountain modification, installation of new potable water line, turf renovation <br />and mulch groundcover installation. <br />C. Adopt Resolution 120315-A and Authorize General Manager to sign Agreements <br />setting up a Social Security Replacement Plan for new Part -Time, Temporary, and <br />Seasonal Employees (PTS) to be Administered by ICMA-RC <br />Lewanda reported on the need for this Resolution, which was driven by new accounting <br />rules regarding pensions. She explained the current plan and the rationale for adopting the <br />proposed plan, which was developed under the guidance of the Finance and Audit <br />Committee (Holt and Huffer.) <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Huffer, and carried 5-0 to Adopt Resolution <br />No. 120315-A, that it be read in title only and all future readings we waived, and <br />authorize General Manager to sign Agreements setting up a Social Security <br />Replacement Plan for new Part -Time, Temporary, and Seasonal Employees (PTS) to <br />be Administered by ICMA-RC. <br />10. REPORTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />A. Youth Outreach Impressions — October 2015 <br />11. DEPARTMENT REPORTS <br />A. Parks Division Report <br />Hare reported installation of decomposed granite at the Dog Park has commenced; the <br />park will be closed until December 10. The price of some club cars purchased by the <br />District was higher than expected due to sales tax inclusion; the price increased from 29K <br />to 32K. The next water reports will be provided in January. The Goebel Cafe is slated to <br />have a "soft" opening on December 14th. Hare will be meeting with CalWater <br />representatives next week regarding a possible reclaimed water project at Triunfo <br />Community Park. <br />B. Recreation Division Report <br />Lindsey referenced Rec Highlights. Lori Olbrich, Recreation Supervisor at Conejo <br />Community Park, is working closely with the T.O. Police Department in preparation for the <br />850 Warwick Holiday Party and Open House to be held Friday, December 11 t'. Gibson, <br />who will be unable to attend Lindsey's Retirement Party next week, thanked Lindsey for <br />her many years of service to the District. <br />C.
