Sapwi Trails Community Park Off -Site Improvements Scope of Services Conejo Recreation and Park District ("Client") has reached an agreement with the City of Thousand Oaks ("City") to make some off-site improvements for access to Sapwi Trails Community Park at two locations: Westlake Boulevard and Avenida de los Arboles. The detailed description of these improvements is contained in the tasks below. The off-site improvement plans will be a stand-alone set of drawings and specifications that will be permitted through the City's process. Task A: Supplemental Topo_ ry aphy RRM's surveyors will collect additional topographic survey information for the preparation of Offsite Construction Documents. The topographic information will be collected along the west side of Westlake Boulevard from Montecito Avenue to approximately 400 feet north of Rainfield Avenue for the design of a proposed sidewalk. Topographic information will be collected at the intersection of Rainfield/Westlake for the design of a left turn pocket and signalized intersection. Additionally, topographic information will be collected at the intersection of Avenida De Los Arboles and Kensington Avenue for the design of a signalized intersection. Deliverable: • Supplemental Topography Task B: Construction Documents RRM Design Group will prepare construction documents for offsite improvements in accordance with the City of Thousand Oaks standards. The improvements will include: • Approximately 1,300 LF of new sidewalk on the west side of Westlake Boulevard • Signalized intersection at Westlake/Rainfield including left turn pocket • Signalized intersection at Arboles/Kensington Plans will include the following sheets: • Grading and Drainage Plans • Detail Sheets • Erosion Control Sheets • Intersection Signing and Striping Plans 3765 S.
