ENVIRONMENTAL AND DESIGN SERVICES CONTRACT <br />Amendment #3 <br />THIS AMENDMENT TO THE July 18, 2013 ENVIRONMENTAL AND DESIGN <br />SERVICES CONTRACT, hereinafter called "Amendment #3", is made and entered into, <br />by and between the Conejo Recreation and Park District, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Owner," and RRM Design Group, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor." <br />The parties agree that the by Amendment #3, the July 18, 2013 contract is modified as <br />follows: <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES <br />The additional services to be performed by Consultant are to provide <br />Environmental and Design Services for Sapwi Trails Community Park, more <br />specifically detailed in Exhibit "E". <br />3. COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT <br />a. Maximum and Rate. Except for authorized extra services (pursuant to Section <br />4), the total compensation payable to Consultant by District for the services <br />under this Agreement in Phases 1, 2, 3, and 4 SHALL NOT EXCEED the sum <br />of $450,644 (herein "not to exceed amount"), and shall be earned as the work <br />progresses in accordance with the Task and Fee Table in Exhibits. <br />All other terms and conditions of the July 18, 2013 ENVIRONMENTAL AND DESIGN <br />SERVICES CONTRACT apply. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment as of the date <br />written below. <br />Dated: <br />CONEJO RECREATION & PARK DISTRICT <br />By: <br />Jim Friedl, General Manager <br />Dated: By: <br />
