Goebel Senior Center Commission Meeting Minutes — July & August 2015 <br />11. DEPARTMENT REPORTS <br />A. Parks Division Report <br />Hare anticipates bringing the North Ranch Neighborhood Park Reclaimed Water <br />Project to the Board on October 15th; bids were opened this afternoon. Additionally, <br />the Off Leash Dog Areas and the question of their permanence will also be brought <br />before the Board at the next meeting. Construction of the Goebel Cafe will <br />commence on October 12th and opening of the Cafe is projected to occur sometime <br />around Thanksgiving. <br />B. Recreation Division Report <br />Lindsey reported the "Reign of Terror Haunted House" will open on Oct. 3`d. "Bark <br />in the Park" is on October 10th. The Fall/Winter brochure will be sent out on <br />Oct. 10. <br />C. Management Services Division Report <br />No report. <br />D. General Manager's Report <br />Friedl asked any Board members who want to attend the "Agoura Hills State of the <br />City" event later this month and/or the CPRS Annual Conference (in Long Beach) <br />next March to please let Aline know ASAP. The Ride On Fall Fundraiser will be <br />October 10th in Chatsworth. Next Wednesday Friedl will be serving on an interview <br />panel at Rancho Simi Rec & Park District; they are looking for a Finance <br />Administrator. Friedl will approach COSCA about the Morrow Circle property. <br />
