July 16, 2015 <br />Page 3 <br />Friedl referenced the meet and confer process that resulted in the MOU with SEIU Local 72 <br />approved by the Board at the last meeting and reviewed the current resolutions which treat <br />the unrepresented employees similarly to the represented employees. <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Huffier, and carried 6-0 to approve Resolution <br />071615-B adjusting compensation for unrepresented employees, that it be read in <br />title only and all future readings be waived. <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Huffer and carried 5-0 to approve Resolution <br />071615-C adjusting compensation for unrepresented employees, that it be read in <br />title only and all future readings be waived. <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Huffer and carried 6-0 to approve Resolution <br />071615-D adjusting compensation for unrepresented employees, that it be read in <br />title only and all future readings be waived and to authorize budget adjustments as <br />necessary to reflect changes. <br />C. Three Vehicle Purchase in amount of $92,461.20 <br />Hare stated the.new vehicles will be replacing three vehicles which have reached the end <br />of their life cycle. The Conejo Valley Unified School District will be purchasing the used <br />vehicles at blue book value. <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Lange and carried 5-0 to award purchase in the <br />total amount of $92,461.20 to Fairview l=ord as follows; <br />■ One 2016'/4 -Ton Regular Cab 4x2 w/8' Utility Bed in the amount of $26,998.00; <br />■ Two 2016 %-Ton Extended Cab 4x2 w18' Utility Bed in the amount of <br />$58,988.00 ($29,494.00 each); <br />■ Plus tire fees ($26.250 and sales tax $6,658.95) <br />D. Contract for Removal and Replacement of Fencing in Rancho Conejo Open Space in <br />the amount of $47,881.00 <br />Hare stated the new two -rail wood fencing would replace dilapidated woodcrete fencing. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt and carried 5-0 to authorize General <br />Manager to enter into a contract with Fence Factory, in the amount of $47,881.00 for <br />removal of 724 feet of woodcrete fencing and replacement with two rail wood <br />fencing. <br />11.
