Waive minor irregularity in DPM construction bid submittal. <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Jones, and carried 5-0 to: <br />3. Transfer $71,000 from Districtwide Assessment Fund Account 62-899- <br />811-89001-000 (Open Space Miscellaneous Trail and Fence Construction) <br />to CIP Account 13-899-811-89032-000. <br />4. Award bid to DPM Construction, in the total amount of $314,550 — base <br />bid amount ($292,100) plus additive alternate 1 ($17,500); and additive <br />alternate 3 ($4,950); a contingency amount of $31,450; for construction of <br />Rancho Potrero Public Access, Phase 1 Development. <br />F. Expansion of Young Athlete Recognition Program Committee <br />Responsibilities <br />Friedl reported this recommendation is the result of a meeting he had with the Ad <br />Hoc Young Athlete Recognition Committee, comprised of Huffer and Holt. Ideas <br />were exchanged over how to recognize non -youth and what type of athletic <br />activities should be rewarded. Board members may submit suggestions and ideas <br />and they will be considered by the Committee. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Huffer, and carried 5-0 to expand the <br />scope of the "Young Athlete Recognition Program Committee" to include <br />adults for possible special recognition of extraordinary athletic <br />accomplishments. <br />G. Budget Adjustments FY 2013-14 & 2014-2015 <br />Lewanda reported that the 2013-14 budget adjustments reflect issues discussed <br />throughout the year. The 2014-15 adjustments are primarily standard for opening a <br />new fiscal year. The 2014-2015 include the EI Parque de la Paz grant. Lewanda <br />answered Board member's questions. <br />It was moved by Jones, seconded by Huffer, and carried 5-0 to: <br />1. Approve the FY 2013-14 budget adjustments as presented; and <br />2. Approve the FY 2014-15 budget adjustments as presented. <br />
