Board Policy Review <br />After a polling of the Board members, the committees will be staffed as <br />follows: <br />Park Impact and Quimby Fees: Gibson, Lange <br />Special Recognition Programs: Huffer, Holt <br />Board Policy Review: Holt, Jones <br />E. Cali for Nominations — Ventura Local Agency Formation Commission <br />(LAFCo) Independent Special District Alternate Member <br />Friedi referenced a June 20th letter from LAFCo regarding a call for <br />nominations for a Special District Alternate Member. The member would <br />serve as an Alternate for two years and then likely become a Regular <br />Member on January 1, 2017. Director Jones has expressed an interest in <br />serving and has provided a candidate statement. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Huffer, and carried 5-0 to adopt <br />Resolution No. 071714-B of the Conejo Recreation and Park District <br />nominating Ed Jones to fill the unexpired Term of 1/1/2015 — 1/1/2019 <br />for the Alternate Special District Member of the Ventura Local Agency <br />Formation Commission, that it be read in title only and all further <br />readings be waived. <br />10.
