Approve Format and Adopt the Attached CRPD Salary Schedule <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to <br />approve format and adopt the attached CRPD salary schedule. <br />B. 2014 Biennial Review of Conflict of Interest Code <br />Friedl outlined the changes proposed this year, which include the seven <br />categories on Exhibit B being reduced to six by combining categories 4 & 5. <br />Additionally, the filing officer will now be the County of Ventura for all CRPD <br />filers, with the exception of the Goebel Senior Center Commission members. <br />This will allow for electronic filing of the Form 700, if desired. Paper filing will <br />still be an option. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Huffer, and carried 5-0 to adopt <br />Resolution 071714-A, adopting the Conflict of Interest Code for the <br />Conejo Recreation and Park District and authorize the General <br />Manager to forward the Resolution to the Clerk of the Ventura County <br />Board of Supervisors, that it be read in title only and all further <br />readings be waived. <br />C. Proposed 2015 Board of Directors Meeting Schedule <br />Friedl presented the 2015 Board of Directors meeting schedule for approval. <br />Discussion ensued regarding the remaining 20'14 Board Meeting dates; it <br />was agreed the October 16tTi Board meeting should be cancelled since all <br />Board members will be at the NRPA Conference on that date. It was noted <br />that the September 18th CRPD Board meeting is on the same evening as <br />the "AWA Elected Officials" event at the Reagan Library. <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Jones, and carried 5-0 to adopt <br />the proposed Board of Directors 2015 meeting schedule as presented. <br />D. Creation of three ad hoc committees of the Board of Directors to <br />evaluate: <br />1. Park Impact and Quimby Fees <br />2. Special Recognition Programs <br />3. Board Policy Review <br />Friedl reported on the need for three ad hoc committees to be formed to <br />
