C. Approval Of One -Year Agreement With Conejo Valley Historical Society Ward stated that, annually, the District enters into an agreement with the Historical Society relative to expenses associated with the maintenance of the Stagecoach Inn, there is no change in the proposed agreement, it is expected that the Historical Society Annual Report will be made available at the next Board meeting, and staff recommendation is approval of the agreement. In response to Gibson's inquiry, Ward said that there has been no changes in the agreement for a number of years, the District has a long term master lease agreement with the Historical Society, and the agreement provides for annual agreements and reports. Gibson requested information relative to agreements existing between the District and other organizations and agencies. In response to Jacobsen's inquiry, Ward said that it is anticipated the Historical Society will submit a request for additional capital improvements, and they are very pleased with the new restroom facility. Holt concurred. It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to authorize the General Manager to execute the submitted one-year agreement with the Conejo Valley Historical Society for the period July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003. D. Adoption Of Resolution Number 062002-C, Amending the 2001-2002 General Fund Annual Operating Budget Jorgensen stated that this is an annual occurrence, and invited questions. It was moved by Holt, seconded by Berger, and carried 5-0 to adopt Resolution Number 062002-C, amending the 2001-2002 General Fund Annual Operating Budget as outlined in submitted documentation; that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived.
