Sorensen provided background information, referenced the Final Engineer's Report, and stated that the recommendation is a levy of $46.36 per unit, the levy is affected by the percentage of general revenue allocated to park maintenance, and he noted the presence of the assessment engineer. As no one was in attendance who wished to address the Board, Jacobsen declared the Public Hearing closed. It was moved by Berger, seconded by Lange, and carried ", to adopt Resolution 062002-A confirming the diagram and assessment and providing for the levy of the annual assessment for LMD92-1, that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived. He noted a mistake in staff documentation and stated that the Final Engineer's Report recommends a levy of $98.36 per unit, and last year's levy was $110.88. As no one was in attendance who wished to address the Board, Jacobsen declared the Public Hearing closed.
