Any employee who was on non- industrial disability during the MQU period of May 1, 1991 to September 30, 1991 will have his/her disability payment recalculated and have any sick leave or vacation used in excess of the hours needed to provide a full net paycheck recredited to accruals. F. Upon application, the General Manager, with the approval of the Board of Directors, may extend the period of disability benefits beyond the six (6) month period, depending upon the individual circumstances of an employee's disability G. There will be no cap on the number of sick leave hours an employee may accumulate. This amends Section 34.1(b) of the employees' personnel policy manual. When the cost exceeds the contribution, the balance needed will be withheld first from the basic needs allowance (ARTICLE 27) and secondly from the salary of the employee. When the latter occurs, the employee's pay will be reduced accordingly.
