Amendment #2 to Contract for Custodial Services at Various Park Facilities resulting in an annual increase to Contract Amount of $21,873 Mooney reported the Amendment presented this evening is part of a five -yea Contract for Custodial Services dated April of 2023. The amendment reflect monies needed for additional custodial services at the Chumas Museum; th increase is $1,822.77 per month. All other terms and conditions of the April 202 contract apply. Huffer requested, and Mooney agreed, to change a word in th agreement, on page two, from 11 822.77 change per month )) to 91$1 )822.7 increase per month. )) �t was moved by Lange, seconded by Buss, and carried 5-0 to authorize General Manager to enter into Amendment #2 to the Contract for Custodial Services with Executive Facility Services, as amended. I ii q 1 A• I• Mooney reported staff received two bids for these vehicles; the vehicles being replaced have reached the end of their life cycle and will be traded in one for one. The low bid was received from Fairview Ford and came in under what was budgeted for the purchase. It was moved by Nickles, seconded by Cusworth, and carried 5-0 to award purchase in the amount of $352,320.49 to Fairview Ford as follows: One (1) % Ton 4x4 Utility Bed Extended Cab Truck in the amount of $60,998.00 Ton 4x2 Regular Cab Utility Bed Trucks in the amount of $173.994.00 One (1) % Ton 4x4 Extended Cab Truck in the amount of $49,998.00 One (1) 1 Ton 4x4 Flatbed Regular Cab Truck in the amount of $62,498.00 One (1) 1 Ton 4x2 Flatbed Regular Cab Truck in the amount of $68,598.00 Sales tax and tire fees $30,234.49 Seven (7) Trade-in vehicles valued in the amount of ($94,000.00) C .
