Parks Division Report <br />Callis thanked the Marketing Team for all their hard work; as a team of two, they <br />accomplish a great deal. Their creativity and industriousness are greatly appreciated. <br />C. Management Services Division Report <br />D. General Manager's Report <br />Friedl reported the City's Planning Commission deadlocked 2-2 on their vote regardin <br />the General Plan. The Plan will go to the full City Council in early December. H <br />I <br />noted that the City is currently sharing images and information on restarting th <br />downtown Thousand Oaks Plan. Friedl will be out of the office next• <br />Wednesday an <br />the Monday after Thanksgiving. He announced there is a need for an Executiv <br />Closed session this evening with no report expected. <br />Directors Reports and Follow-up Reports on Meetings/Conferences Attended <br />All Board members attended the State of the County event at the Reagan Library on November <br />2nd , and they all had individual meetings with the General Manager as part of the annual review <br />process. Lange, Nickles, Huffer and Cusworth attended the recent COSCA Board meeting <br />where Rorie Skei was honored. Lange attended two MRCA Board meetings and various <br />Veteran's Day activities. Buss and Cusworth enjoyed attending a performance of "The Witch's <br />Princess 7) at the Hillcrest Center for the Arts. While on a recent trip to Dallas, Buss saw some <br />
