September 21, 2023 <br />Page 3 <br />made on September 7th. This Committee would meet with community <br />stakeholders, giving them information and procuring their feedback. The goal is to <br />bring this item back to the Board in a timely manner, with a recommendation based <br />on the Ad Hoc Committee's findings. Buss and Nickles both expressed an interest <br />in serving on this committee. <br />It was moved by Cusworth, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to select <br />Directors Buss and Nickles to serve on an Ad Hoc Committee to review <br />CRPD's Quimby Program and potential Park Impact Fees. <br />CA _6Me V• fill'� , I <br />C. Budget Performance Report — August 2023 <br />D. Program Enrollment Summary Report - Summer 2023 <br />A. Parks Division Report <br />Mooney absent. <br />B. Recreation Division Report <br />Callis reported that she has met with Carol Nierman (who spoke to the Board during <br />the Public Comment portion of the meeting this evening) to address her concerns. <br />She investigated her claims and told Nierman that no action would be taken. <br />Nierman indicated that, despite this result, she would continue to come and speak at <br />the Board meetings. Access to the Cal Lutheran pool, which was more plentiful <br />during the pandemic, has become more limited presently, and will result in some lack <br />of space for CRPD patrons and programs. Callis reviewed the survey information <br />provided to the Board this evening. <br />C. Management Services Division Report <br />Smith reported the District is moving forward with the Class and Comp survey.
