I SCI Consulting Group Proposal to Serve as the Engineer of Work and Provide Professional Consulting and Levy Administration Services for the Conejo Recreation and Park District Park Maintenance and Recreation Improvement District No. 62-1 (Districtwide), Landscaping Maintenance District No. 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) and 94-1 (Dos Vientos Ranch) In Mooney's absence, Friedl reported that SCI and Wildan have been contracted to assist in administering the three different CRPD assessment districts. SCI has been managing the Districtwide assessment, and Wildan has been managing Dos Vientos and Rancho Conejo. It is time for the renewal of these contracts. Staff has been very pleased with SCI's services and recommends contracting SCI to administer all three. There will be a cost savings of approximately $3,000 per year. The contract runs for five years. It was moved by Cusworth, seconded by Buss, and carried 5-0 to Authorize General Manager to accept the proposal from SCI Consulting Group to serve as the Engineer of Work and provide professional consulting and levy administration services for the Conejo Recreation and Park District Park Maintenance and Recreation Improvement District 62-1 (Districtwide), Landscaping Maintenance District No. 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) and No. 94-1 (Dos Vientos Ranch).
