Award Contract in the amount of $80,000 for Compensation Study and Review of <br />• •• • <br />Smith introduced Allan Crecelius, President, Reward Strategy Group, who attended the <br />meeting via zoom and was made available to answer any questions. A study of this nature <br />was last done by CRPD in 2006; a year and a half ago, as part of the most recently <br />negotiated Memorandum of Understanding, the District committed to completing a Class <br />and Comp Study within five years and funds were included in the FY 2022-23 budget. A <br />Request for Proposals (RFP) was distributed to 11 companies, two of which provided <br />proposals. Smith reviewed the nature of the RFP and its requirements. Staff recommends <br />awarding the contract to Reward Strategy Group; they were the most responsive to the <br />proposal and broke down the expenses as desired. They also provided an outstanding <br />timeline. They have a lot of experience in this region and in park -related fields. References <br />contacted gave excellent feedback.
