He believes Oakbrook Neighborhood Park should be in the first position of priority for the courts. Bin Mo (appearing via Zoom) is against building pickleball courts at Triunfo Community Park and would like to see them built at a location more removed from dense residential areas. Cindy Wolf, Newbury Park, spoke against putting any more courts at Rancho Conejo Playfield due to safety, traffic, and noise concerns. Hare expressed appreciation for all the public comments and stressed that CRPD strives to be a good neighbor while addressing the changing needs of the community. He spoke to some of the resident's concerns and stated that more public outreach will be done in the future as the process moves forward. The goal this evening is to narrow the focus for the future when the project may be ready to move forward. Board members commented and discussion ensued. Nickles recommended the order be changed to the following: 1. Oakbrook Neighborhood Park, 2. Rancho Conejo Playfields, 3. Del Prado Playfield, 4. Triunfo Community Park and omit Conejo Creek Southwest Park. Huffer and Lange stated their support for the current rankings, with the caveat that they may change in the future. It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Lange, and carried 3-1 (Nickles voting no) to prioritize potential additional pickleball court locations in Conejo Recreation and Park District in the following order: 1. Triunfo, Community Park 2. Oakbrook Neighborhood Park 3. Del Prado Playfield 4. Rancho Conejo Playfield 5. Conejo Creek Northwest Park (future park site) B. Amendment #3 to Contract for Landscape Services at Various Park Facilities; Contract for Temporary Landscape Services — West Operations; Contract for Temporary Landscape Services — East Operations
