Center supervisors started weekly meetings to help each other out through all of the challenges
on Teams. These meetings have been an enormous help and being able to work together as a
division has helped each unit keep operations going.
Reigniting our cooperative relationship with Conejo Valley Unified School District. Our current Fall
Sport Leagues program that has 32 teams competing from the five public middle schools in
basketball, volleyball, and soccer. Taking total ownership for an entire year!
Continued expansive use of CLU Campus pool allowed CRPD to keep up with lap swimming
demand resulting in increased revenue and community satisfaction as noted in numerous letters
and survey comments throughout the year.
• Solidifying partnership with Adelante and starting up recreational classes, tutoring club and Fun
Friday field trips (sponsored by Safe Passages/CRPD) for kids living on Los Feliz.
Telling our CRPD story through staff journeys for the NRPA campaign in "The Acorn" with
surprise Bios on our fantastic employees highlighting their community work.
Fireworks and 4th of July community celebrations were back! And we offset price increase with
Hillcrest parking lot event.
0 Encouraged staff to get out and find a new trails through our Spring Wellness Challenge.
Re -opening our community centers to the public in June was a big relief and a return to some
sense of normalcy.
1 was very happy to be able to hold all 5 of the summer concerts in the park. It brought me and
the rest of the Conejo Center staff a lot of joy to be able to offer something safe and fun for the
public. After doing a "concert in your car" last summer, and the Memorial Day concert in the
