Proposed 2022 Board of Directors Meeting Schedule <br />Friedl reminded the Board that Board meetings are traditionally held on the first <br />and third Thursdays of each month, with no meetings in August. The 2022 <br />meeting schedule is presented for approval by the Board; there are no current <br />date conflicts with upcoming conferences. <br />It was moved • • seconded • Huffer, and carried 5-0 to adopt th <br />proposed Board of Directors 2022 meeting schedule. Appointment to the Goebel Senior Center Commission <br />Holt reported she was at the Goebel Senior Center Commission interviews (as a <br />Board liaison — non-voting) and she noted all candidates were well qualified. The <br />proposed candidate has particular strengths that are needed by the Commission <br />at this time. Callis reported there are 15 members on Board and terms are for <br />three years; every year there are typically five positions to be filled. The <br />pandemic has extended some terms. A special election needs to be held to fill <br />the vacancy referenced this evening due to a Commission member's resignation. <br />Another member has since resigned; as a result, at the next CRPD Board <br />meeting another candidate will be brought forward. <br />It was moved • • seconded • • and carried 5-0 to approve <br />the appointment of Christine Maccarone to the Goebel Senior Center <br />Commission. <br />A.
