Parks Division Report <br />Hare reported he plans to bring the Conejo Community Park Assessment and <br />Design Contract with Andrew Goodwin Designs (ADG) for authorization to go into <br />construction documents at the next Board meeting. Staff will be looking for the <br />Board to adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) for this project as well. <br />Hare attended the Ventura County Special Districts Association (VCSDA) <br />Meeting on Tuesday evening where Ventura County Regional Energy Alliance <br />(VCREA) made a presentation; Hare has reached out to VCREA and looks <br />forward to working with them with regard to future projects. <br />B. Recreation Division Report <br />A leak was detected at the pool at CLU on Sunday May 16th; programs were <br />moved to the University pool and the leak was fixed within 24 hours. On May 19th <br />the Teen Center hosted their annual middle school golf program at Los Robles <br />Golf Course. Duerr reviewed the changes ahead now that Ventura County has <br />moved into the "yellow" tier regarding COVID, allowing for more flexibility in <br />programming areas. Summer Day Camps will begin on June 14th. On June 21st <br />Community Centers will be fully reopened. The Summer Beach Bus will be <br />operating from June 21st to August 6th with pick-ups/drop offs at the Teen Center <br />and the Borchard Community Center. The Goebel Center will reopen on June <br />28th and Bingo will resume on Tuesday June 29th with games every Tuesday, <br />Friday and Saturday. The Senior Nutrition Program will continue to operate as a <br />drive-thru for the time being with slightly shortened hours. The first summer <br />concert last week was a success. The remaining four concerts are planned to be <br />free and open to the public without assigned seating. <br />C. Management Services Division Report <br />No report. <br />
