The 90% Construction Document Submittal will
incorporate finished details, schedules, and calculations to add to the previous 60% Construction
Document Submittal. These additional supplemental documents will include:
Structural Calculations for the Community Center Building
Structural Calculations for the Outdoor Stage
Stormwater Management Plans for the Community Center Building
Stormwater Management Plans for the Park
Title 24 Energy Calculations for the Community Center Building
Specifications (from all consultants)
At 90% Construction Document Submittal the staff and stakeholders will have opportunity to
comment. The client is expected to pay all permit fees.
ENVIRONMENTAL - PROCESS PERMIT APPLICATIONS
Rincon will perform all required permit applications or paperwork associated with the Final MN Ds
and the required mitigation monitoring and reporting plan (MMRP). No monitoring or fees to be
provided during this stage.
ENVRIONMENTAL - MAKE PRESENTATIONS TO LEGISLATIVE BODIES AND PUBLIC
Rincon will also attend one public hearing on the project if necessary. Necessary environmental
permits will be processed during the plan check process. We anticipate that the proposed
improvements will generally enhance on-site riparian/water features and that the permitting process
will be relatively straightforward.
20 5 0 1-1 A R F" F R' S TR FFTI S,A N I- U I S 0 13 1 S 13 0 1, CA 9 _1 4 01 - 805.439. 1 6 1 1
