(Construction Documents Phase) <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES - <br />ARCHITECTURE, ENGINEERING AND ENVIRONMENTAL <br />The Architecture and Engineering team will work through this project following these phases of the contract: <br />PHASE 4. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS AND COST ESTIMATING <br />Our full team will begin working on construction documents after the design development phase <br />has been approved by the Parks District. Our team will prepare a 60% Construction Document <br />Submittal for the staff and any stakeholders to comment.
