AGD <br />ARCHITECTURE I DESIGN <br />I I <br />PHASE 5. BIDDING AND NEGOTIATIONS <br />BID SET AND RFI RESPONSES <br />AGD will prepare the necessary documents for a Bid Set to contractors. This will include at a minimum <br />the construction documents, supporting documentation, specifications, and bid instructions. AGD will <br />lead any bid walks, work with the Client to organize bid responses, and answer any RFIs during bidding. <br />Client is expected to make the decision of the bid. <br />PHASE 6. CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT PHASE <br />CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES <br />The project A/E team will be available to providing the following services during construction to assist <br />the chosen contractor in performance of their work: <br />Onsite visits and inspection <br />Responses to RFIs <br />Responses and reviews of all required submittals <br />Monthly Site Visits <br />Review of project at rough framing and finish <br />Final Punch List <br />During construction, our team typically documents the progress via drone technology and this along <br />with our advanced renderings from our construction document submittal can be used for press, <br />fundraising, and marketing. <br />PHASE 7. AS -BUILT PLANS AND DOCUMENTATION <br />Our project A/E team will fully document the final building after completion to close all regulatory <br />permits associated with the project construction. Our survey team can perform a final survey of the <br />park for the Park District to retain for future use.
