Consideration of Resolution No. 050621-B for Landscaping Maintenance District <br />(LIVID) 94-1 (Dos Vientos) Preliminarily Approving the Engineer's Report for 2021- <br />2022, Declaring Intention to Provide Annual Levy and Collection of Assessments, <br />and Setting Time and Place for Public Hearing <br />This agenda item was continued from the April 15, 2021 Board of Directors meeting. <br />Mooney reported the proposed change for the Dos Vientos assessment is from $342.41 <br />(FY 20-21) to $328.66 (FY 21-22). The resolution provides for a noticed Public Hearing <br />of this Board on June 3, 2021 at 6:00 pm to consider the ordering of the improvements <br />and the levy of the proposed assessment. <br />It was moved by Cusworth, seconded by Huffer, and carried 5-0 to Adopt <br />Resolution 050621 -B preliminarily approving the Engineer's Report for 2021-2022, <br />declaring intention to provide annual levy and collection of assessments, and <br />setting time and place for public hearing, that it be read in title only and all future <br />readings be waived. <br />D.
