DEFERRED MATTERS <br />A. Public Hearing Preliminary Budget Fiscal Years 2021/22 — 2022/23 <br />Nickles opened the Public Hearing; there being no public present to comment, Nickles <br />closed the Public Hearing and continued the hearing to the next Board meeting on <br />May 20th. <br />B. Consideration of Resolution No. 050621-A for Landscaping Maintenance District <br />(LIVID) 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) Preliminarily Approving the Engineer's Report for <br />2021-2022, Declaring Intention to Provide Annual Levy and Collection of <br />Assessments, and Setting Time and Place for Public Hearing <br />Friedl provided historical context for the Landscaping Maintenance Districts. <br />This agenda item was continued from the April 15, 2021 Board of Directors meeting. <br />Mooney reported the proposed increase for the Ranch Conejo assessment is from <br />$100.14 (FY 20-21) to $102.80 (FY 21-22). The resolution provides for a noticed Public <br />Hearing of this Board on June 3, 2021 at 6:00 pm to consider the ordering of the <br />improvements and the levy of the proposed assessment. <br />
