Consideration Of A Resolution Of The Conejo Recreation And Park <br />District Accepting Certification Of The Ballot Results For The <br />Landscaping And Lighting District, Accepting The Final Engineer's <br />Report, And Establishing The Park Maintenance And Recreation <br />Improvement District <br />It was moved by Jacobsen, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to adopt <br />Resolution Number 51001-A, A Resolution of the Board of Directors of <br />the Conejo Recreation and Park District Accepting Certification of the <br />Ballot Results for the Landscaping and Lighting District, Accepting the <br />Final Engineer's Report, and Establishing the Park Maintenance and <br />Recreation Improvement Assessment; that it be read in title only and all <br />other readings be waived. <br />Gibson thanked staff, concerned citizens, and consultants for their efforts and <br />said the vote reflected a strong community effort. <br />The meeting was recessed at 7:55 p.m. and reconvened at 8:05 p.m. <br />C. Public Hearing — Fiscal Year 2001-2002 Budget <br />Gibson declared the public hearing open. <br />As no one was in attendance who wished to address the Board, the public <br />hearing was continued to the next regular meeting on May 24, 2001. <br />Jacobsen recommended that planning for Fiscal Year 2002-3 projects be <br />initiated now to ensure their timely execution. Sorensen stated that the <br />planning of such projects has been anticipated and will be acted on, and the <br />Capital Projects Budget will reflect assessment district funding. <br />8.
