Approval To Add Conejo Service Yard Roof Repair Project And <br />Wildwood Neighborhood Park Drainage Improvements To 2000-01 <br />Capital Improvement Projects Budget <br />Sorensen provided background information, reviewed the scope of the <br />projects, and stated that the roof at the Conejo Service Yard has already <br />been replaced due to the urgency of the situation, replacement cost was <br />$5,500, and $6,000 is needed for the Wildwood Neighborhood Park drainage <br />improvements. <br />In response to Lange's inquiry, Sorensen explained that the roof damage <br />occurred during windstorms in December 2000. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Berger, and carried 5-0 to add the <br />Conejo Service Yard roof repair project ($5,500, funding to come from <br />District wide Park Dedication Fees), and the Wildwood Neighborhood <br />Park drainage improvements project, (funding to come from Wildwood <br />Flood Fee account), to the 2000-01 Capital Improvement Projects <br />Budget. <br />9. Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy Meeting Notice And Agenda - <br />January 22, 2001 <br />Berger stated that he is rnonored to nave been selected to serve as chair of <br />the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy, Lange said that he is honored to <br />have been selected vice chair of Mountains Recreation and Conservation <br />Authority and will serve as vice chair of the Santa Monica Mountains <br />Conservancy Advisory Committee for another year. <br />On behalf of the Board, Gibson congratulated Berger and Lange. <br />C.
