January 18, 2001 <br />Page 4 <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange and carried 5-0 to approve <br />the use of the mobile stage by the City of Agoura Hills for Sundays, <br />June 17, July 8, July 22, August 5, and August 19, 2001, and authorize <br />staff to issue a rental use permit to the City Community Services <br />Department; the mobile stage to be used at Chumash Park for the City <br />of Agoura Hills Summer Concert Series. <br />9. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION <br />A. Discussion of Proposed Assessment District Budget <br />Gibson recognized Mr. Bill Buratto, chairman of the Yes For Support Our <br />Parks and Open Space Committee. <br />Sorensen stated that staff has developed a preliminary budget integrating <br />proposed assessment district revenues with other revenue sources, both <br />public and private. One of the goals of the proposed budget has been to <br />reflect the needs expressed by the public during the recent poll. Sorensen <br />also discussed this years Capital Improvement Projects budget, and <br />answered questions by the Board. He also stated that the Engineer's Report, <br />which will contain only 2002 projects, would be available for consideration at <br />the February 1 Board meeting. <br />10.
