Annual Master Plan Update and Capital Improvement Program Projects <br />Status Report for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 <br />Hare reported this Master Plan is updated on an annual basis. He reviewed the <br />Capital Projects; 36 were approved by the Board of Directors, and 26 were <br />completed at a cost of approximately $2M. He highlighted some of the projects <br />and noted which projects will be carried over into the next fiscal year. The Master <br />Plan revisions proposed include Revision 1, further defining what it means to be <br />on a recreational plan or walking path, and Revision 2, addition of the Wishbone <br />Trail to the COSCA/CRPD Trail System and removal of the Paige Lane Porter Bill <br />Lease property from the CRPD Trail System Master Plan. <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-0 to approve the <br />Annual Update to the June 2011 Master Plan. <br />C. Budget Adjustments for Fiscal Years (FY) 2019-20 and 2020-21 <br />Smith reported on the suggested budget adjustments. There are very few; she <br />described the process of identifying and modifying those presented this evening. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded •. Cusworth, and carried 4-0 to: <br />1 . Approve proposed FY 2019-20 Budget Adjustments; an <br />2. Approve proposed FY 2020-21 Budget Adjustments. <br />D. MRCA Final Budget I <br />Smith reported the MBCA final budget was adopted at the Santa Monica <br />Mountains Conservancy Board meeting on Monday and at the Mountains <br />Recreation Conservation Authority Board meeting yesterday. It is being brought <br />to the Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District Board this evening. She provided <br />some details about the assumptions and significant changes inherent in the budget <br />presented. <br />It was moved by Cusworth, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-0 to approve the <br />Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (MRCA) Final Budget for <br />Fiscal <br />•. 2020-2021. <br />
