Annual Master Plan Update and Capital Improvement Program Projects Status Report for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Hare reported this Master Plan is updated on an annual basis. He reviewed the Capital Projects; 36 were approved by the Board of Directors, and 26 were completed at a cost of approximately $2M. He highlighted some of the projects and noted which projects will be carried over into the next fiscal year. The Master Plan revisions proposed include Revision 1, further defining what it means to be on a recreational plan or walking path, and Revision 2, addition of the Wishbone Trail to the COSCA/CRPD Trail System and removal of the Paige Lane Porter Bill Lease property from the CRPD Trail System Master Plan. It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-0 to approve the Annual Update to the June 2011 Master Plan. C. Budget Adjustments for Fiscal Years (FY) 2019-20 and 2020-21 Smith reported on the suggested budget adjustments. It is being brought to the Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District Board this evening. She provided some details about the assumptions and significant changes inherent in the budget presented.
