It was moved by Holt, seconded by Huffer, and carried 5-0 to adopt Resolution No. 052120-B ordering the levy of assessments for LMD 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) that it be read in title only and all future readings be waived. Resolution No. 052120-D Authorizing the Submittal of the Older Americans Act Grant Application to Ventura County Area Agency on Aging (VCAAA) for the Project Years July 1, 2020 — June 30, 2021 and July 1, 2021 — June 30, 2022 Callis reported the District assumed responsibility for this grant from the City of Thousand Oaks in July 2010. The monies received allows the District to continue to serve the approximately 60 seniors using the program. With the current COVID 19 situation, that number has grown to over 150 people a day. It is anticipated that results of the grant application will be known by the middle of next month. It was moved by Nickles, seconded by Huffer, and carried 5-0 to approve Resolution No. 052120-D authorizing submittal of the Older Americans Act Grant Application, that it be read in title only and all future readings be waived. 10.
