DEFERRED MATTERS Public Hearing Preliminary Budget Fiscal Year 2020-21 Lange opened the Public Hearing. There being no public comment, he continued the public hearing to the next regular Board meeting on June 4th. 8. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION CRPD Update regarding COVID-19 Local Emergency Friedl presented an update which included CRPD's "What's open/What's closed," a document currently available on CRPD'S website. Friedl also shared the State of California's Covid 19 website; it contains details of the planned "staged openings"; Stage 2 officially began a few days ago. He provided details from a staff training done at Hillcrest Center today which included worksite specific plans required by the County for which CRPD self -certified yesterday. A similar plan is being created for every CRPD Recreation Center and Amenity. Friedl mentioned that it is still uncertain whether the 4t' of July fireworks will be going forward; he provided details of the current situation including cost and cancel lation/suspension possibilities. Board members provided input. 9. NEW ITEMS A. Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Resolution No. 052120—A Approving Engineer's Report, Confirming Diagram and Assessment, and Ordering Levy of Assessment for Fiscal Year 2020-21 (Districtwide Assessment AD 62-1) Chair Lange opened the public hearing; there being no public comment, Lange closed the public hearing. Hare stated that the Board passed a resolution approving the intent to levy on April 16th. The resolution recommended for adoption this evening includes ordering the levy of assessment. A Notice of Public Hearing was published in the "Thousand Oaks Acorn" on April 30th and was also advertised in the CRPD Program Guide. It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Cusworth, and carried 5-0 to adopt Resolution No. 052120-A approving the Engineer's Report, Confirming the Diagram and Assessment and Ordering the Levy of Assessment for the Districtwide Park Maintenance and Recreation Improvement District (AD 62-1), that it be read in title only and all future readings be waived. B. Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Resolution No. 052120-B Ordering the Levy of the Annual Assessment for Landscape Maintenance District 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) Chair Lange opened the public hearing; there being no public comment, Lange closed the public hearing.
