Approval of Minutes of April 16, 2020 Regular Meeting <br />B. Approval of Warrants <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $586,300.35 <br />Payroll $358,500.00 <br />It was moved by Cusworth, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to approve the consent <br />calendar as amended, i.e., in the Minutes from the April 16th meeting, Item 6A. should <br />read "Approval of Minutes of April 2, 2020 Regular Meeting." <br />7. DEFERRED MATTERS <br />Public Hearing Preliminary Budget Fiscal Year 2020-21 <br />Lange opened the Public Hearing. There being no public comment, he continued the public hearing <br />to the next regular Board meeting on May 21st. <br />8. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION <br />CRPD Update regarding COVID-19 Local Emergency <br />Friedl reported on recent developments regarding the COVID-19 local emergency including <br />modifications the County Health Department has announced, a reduction in force at Mountains <br />Recreation and Conservation Authority (M RCA), PPE shortages, reopening of Conejo Open Space <br />Conservation Authority (COSCA) trails, Teen and Senior Center projects postponed by the City of <br />Thousand Oaks due to revenue source issues, virus testing at Conejo Creek South, state budget <br />figures and CRPD unemployment claim figures. <br />9. NEW ITEMS <br />A. Conejo Recreation and Park District's Disaster Management Plan <br />Hare reported this is the inaugural CRPD Disaster Management Plan and was formulated <br />after the Woolsey Fire. The Plan includes the District's employee's roles and <br />responsibilities, training resources and objectives for the upcoming year. It will be <br />reviewed and updated annually. <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to review and approve <br />the District's Disaster Management Plan. <br />B. FEMA Public Assistance Program: California COVID-19 Pandemic DR -4482 <br />Designation of Applicant's Agent Resolution (050720-A) for Non -State Agencies <br />
