She explained how the calculation is <br />arrived at; the auditors check to ensure the District is in line with the <br />resolution/calculation. It is sent to the State annually. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Nickles, and carried 4-0 to adopt Resolution <br />No. 060619-A Setting the 2019-2020 Appropriation Subject to Limitation, that it be <br />read in title only and all further readings be waived. <br />B.
