Consideration of Resolution 041819-B for Landscaping Maintenance District (LIVID) <br />92-1 (Rancho Conejo) Preliminarily Approving the Engineer's Report for 2019-2020, <br />Declaring Intention to Provide Annual Levy and Collection of Assessments, and <br />Setting Time and Place for Public Hearing <br />Hare reported the Rancho Conejo assessment is proposing an increase from $94.27 (FY <br />18-19) to $98.19 (FY 19-20) with a maximum assessment rate from $100.03 (FY 18-19) <br />to $102.53 (FY 19-20) per benefit unit. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Cusworth, and carried 5-0 to adopt Resolution <br />041819-B, preliminarily approving the Engineer's Report for 2019-2012, declaring <br />intention to provide annual levy and collection of assessments, and setting time and <br />place for public hearing, that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived. <br />D. Consideration of Resolution 041819-C for Landscaping Maintenance District (LIVID) <br />94-1 (Dos Vientos) Preliminarily Approving the Engineer's Report for 2019-2020, <br />Declaring Intention to Provide Annual Levy and Collection of Assessments, and <br />Setting Time and Place for Public Hearing <br />Hare reported the Dos Vientos assessment proposal to be raised from $321.86 <br />(FY 18-19) to $335.08 (FY 19-20), with a maximum assessment rate from $326.88 <br />(FY 18-19) to $335.08 (FY 19-20) per benefit unit. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to adopt Resolution 041819- <br />C, preliminarily approving the Engineer's Report for 2019-2010, declaring intention to <br />provide annual levy and collection of assessments, and setting time and place for <br />public hearing, that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived. <br />D. Appointments to the Goebel Senior Center Commission <br />Duerr reported seven applicants applied for five positions on the Commission; Holt was <br />thanked for observing the interviews. The election was held on March 27th and the five <br />elected applicants are presented to the Board this evening for approval — three candidates <br />are being reappointed and two are new appointments; all are for three-year terms. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to approve the appointment <br />of Elisabeth Berry and Melinda Rosiejka, and the reappointment of Sandy Barry, <br />Joanie Reuben, and Patricia Schiano to the Goebel Senior Center Commission. <br />10.
