AMENDMENT #1 <br />Memorandum of Understanding Between <br />Conejo Recreation and Park District <br />and <br />Las Flores Community Garden <br />This Amendment #1 to the Memorandum of Understanding is entered into by and <br />between Conejo Recreation & Park District ("CRPD") and Las Flores Community Garden <br />("LFCG" ). <br />The term of the Agreement is extended five years commencing April 18, 2019 and ending <br />April 17, 2024 and is subject to renewal by mutual agreement of both parties. <br />All other terms and conditions of the April 2014 Memorandum of Understanding. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment #1 to the <br />Agreement as of the date written below. <br />Dated <br />Dated <br />CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />Jim Friedl, General Manager <br />LAS FLORES COMMUNITY GARDEN <br />Jimmy Winston, President <br />
