Recreation And Parks Needs Survey <br />Ward referenced the survey report, and stated that Dr. Amy Flowers, of <br />Godbe Research and Analysis, and Mr. Josh Morris, of Shilts Consultants, <br />were present to review the results of the survey. He encouraged questions <br />and discussion to determine possible future steps to improve the District's <br />revenue flow. <br />Referencing slides, Flowers discussed the survey assessment; topics <br />included methodology, objectives, issues of importance, spending projects, <br />arguments for and against the measure, ballot tests, and conclusions. <br />Flowers and Morris answered questions and interpreted data. <br />Ward identified potential milestones, and stated that staff would continue to <br />work with the consultants, and it is anticipated that a formal agreement with <br />Shilts Consultants will be presented to the Board for approval in December <br />Gibson indicated that more information is needed <br />Berger recessed the meeting at 8:25 p.m. and reconvened at 8:38 p.m. <br />7. NEW ITEMS <br />A. 401 Hillcrest Drive — Approval Of Conceptual Use Plan; Direct Staff To <br />Draft Operating Agreement And Financial Agreement For Review And <br />Adoption, Direct Staff To Develop Amendment To Architectural <br />Contract For Review And Approval <br />Ward provided background information, and said that the Use Plan <br />accommodates District administrative office and all uses and activities <br />presently contained in the Arts Council House, as well as additional <br />community meeting and rehearsal space. <br />
