CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Berger called the meeting to order at 7:33 p.m., and Holt led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Jacobsen arrived at 7:35 p.m. <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Benton, Jorgensen, and <br />Sorensen, Senior Park Development Planner Pluth, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Berger requested that Item 9.A. (Items For Discussion) precede Deferred Matters. <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0, with Jacobsen <br />not yet in attendance, to approve the agenda as modified; i.e., Item 9.A. to <br />precede Deferred Matters. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A Minutes of October 19, 2000 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A — C, Total $497,156.37 , <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Gibson, and carried 4-0, with <br />Jacobsen not yet in attendance, to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />presented. <br />
