Three Vehicle Purchase in the amount of $110,442.27 <br />Hare explained that three District vehicles are at the end of their life cycles and need <br />replacement. Hare recommended awarding the purchase to Courtesy Chevrolet. The District <br />has agreed to sell the replaced assets to the CVUSD for $28,964.70. Hare answered <br />questions from the Board regarding CRPD's asset replacement program and the bidding <br />process. <br />It was moved by Jones, seconded by Huffer, and carried 4-0 to award purchase in the <br />total amount of $110,442.27 to Courtesy Chevrolet Center as follows: <br />*(1)20191/4 -Ton Extended Cab 4x4 Utility Bed Truck in the amount of $36,161.60 <br />*(2)2019'/4 -Ton Extended Cab 4x2 Utility Bed Trucks in the amount to $66,790.40 <br />• Tire fees ($26.25) and sales tax ($7,464.02) <br />B. Concession Agreement Renewal with Oakbrook Chumash Indian Corporation <br />Hare recommended the District enter into an amendment that will extend the concession <br />agreement with Oakbrook Chumash Indian Corporation (OCIC) for another five years. Hare <br />reported that the museum is doing very well and that the OCIC Board is doing a great job. <br />It was moved by Jones, seconded by Huffer, and carried 4-0 to renew concession <br />agreement with Oakbrook Chumash Indian Corporation (OCIC) for five years. <br />10.
