CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Holt called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m. and Dickson led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Holt, Huffer, Jones, Lange <br />Directors Absent: Gibson <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedi, Administrators Callis, Hare and Lewanda and <br />Administrative Assistant Dickson <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />Employee Service Awards <br />Joe Tornero — 30 Years <br />Matt Kouba — 20 Years <br />Tory Ortmann —10 Years <br />Ziggy Saffire —10 Years <br />Jody Dickson —10 Years <br />Hare introduced the recipients, presented overviews of their professional and academic <br />accomplishments, and thanked them for their outstanding contributions to the District. <br />Recipients thanked the Board, co-workers, and families fortheir support, and expressed appreciation <br />for their award. <br />Directors congratulated and thanked recipients for their contributions and efforts on the District's <br />behalf. <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />S. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0 to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />
