Public Hearing Proposed Budget Fiscal Year 2018-2019 <br />Proposed Adjustments to the Fiscal Year (FY) 2018-19 Preliminary Operating <br />and Capital Improvement Budgets, the Second ear of the 2 -Year Budgets <br />Lewanda provided a brief history and review of the budget process. Minor tweaks <br />have been made to the budget presented this evening, and two new programs <br />have been added; funds were also added for the Employee MOU approved after <br />the FY17118 budget was adopted last year. Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Resolution No. 051718-A Resolution <br />Approving Engineer's Report, Confirming Diagram and Assessment and <br />Ordering Levy of Assessment for Fiscal Year 2018-19 (Districtwide <br />Assessment AD 62-1) <br />It was moved by Jones, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0 to Adopt <br />Resolution No. 051718-A approving the Engineer's Report, Confirming the <br />Diagram and Assessment and Ordering the Levy of Assessment for the <br />Districtwide Park Maintenance and Recreation Improvement District (AD 62-1) <br />that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived. <br />B. Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Resolution No. 051718-B Ordering the <br />Levy of the Annual Assessment for Landscape Maintenance District 92-1 <br />(Rancho Conejo) <br />It was moved by Jones, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0 to Adopt <br />Resolution No. 051718-B ordering the levy of assessments for LMD 92-1 <br />(Rancho Conejo), that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived. <br />C. Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Resolution No. 051718-C Ordering the <br />Levy of the Annual Assessment for Landscape Maintenance District 94-1 (Dos <br />Vientos) <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0 to adopt <br />Resolution No. 051718-C ordering the levy of assessments for LIVID 94-1 (Dos <br />Vientos), that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived. <br />D.
