Consideration of Resolution 041918-B for Landscaping Maintenance District <br />(LIVID) 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) Preliminarily Approving the Engineer's Report for <br />2018-2019, Declaring Intention to Provide Annual Levy and Collection of <br />Assessments, and Setting Time and Place for Public Hearing <br />Hare reported the proposed assessment for Assessment District 92-1 (Rancho <br />Conejo) is changing from $96.53 per benefit unit to $100.03 per benefit unit based <br />on a CPI adjustment from prior year of 3.62%. <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Jones, and carried 4-1 (Gibson voting <br />No) to adopt Resolution No. 041918-B for Landscaping Maintenance District <br />(LIVID) 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) Preliminarily Approving the Engineer's Report for <br />2018-19, Declaring Intention to Provide Annual Levy and Collection of <br />Assessments, and Setting Time and Place for Public Hearing, that it be read in <br />title only and all further readings be waived. <br />D.
