Commence Gratitude Circle Nomination Process <br />Friedl reported it is time once again to nominate honorees for the Gratitude Circle. <br />He reviewed the current nomination process and requested nominations be <br />submitted no later than November 1 st. <br />9. NEW ITEMS <br />A. Amendment #1 to Agreement with Thousand Oaks Soaring Society for Use of <br />Westlake Upper Terrace Area at Sapwi Trails Community Park <br />Hare reported last October CRPD entered into a one-year agreement for use of the <br />upper terrace at Sapwi Community Park by the Thousand Oaks Soaring Society <br />(TOSS). The relationship between TOSS and CRPD has been extremely <br />successful to date; this amendment will extend the agreement for an additional <br />three years. <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Holt and carried 3-0 (Jones abstained) <br />to authorize General Manager to enter into Amendment #1 to Memorandum of <br />Understanding (MOU) with Thousand Oaks Soaring Society. <br />
