Treasurer's Report: Basilio referenced the report showing <br />$316,082.26 in current assets in certificate of deposits and money <br />market accounts, as well as $71,127.86 in the GSCC checking <br />account and $21,697.48 in the Bingo checking account. <br />2. Asset Sheet — July 2017. Basilio noted a certificate of deposit with <br />One West Bank that matures September 10, 2017. She said the funds <br />will be reinvested at the best interest rate available. <br />E. Executive Committee <br />No report <br />F. Budget and Finance Committee <br />1. General Report -Committee Meeting Minutes of August 15, 2017: <br />Baumeister reported the July budget sheets were reviewed; changes <br />were noted, which turned out to be a misprint on the July sheet. She <br />also reported discussion occurred regarding adding a current -month <br />expense column on the budget sheets. She noted the current -month <br />expense column appears on budget sheets provided for the August <br />meeting. <br />G. Bingo Committee <br />1. Financial Report — July 2017: Cleary referenced the report of the July <br />Bingo figures: 1,489 patrons with an average of 115 per meeting; the <br />total gross register receipts were $26,028, with additional register <br />receipts of $3,832 from Friday Night Bingo; pull -tab receipts of <br />$26,843 for daytime play, with an additional $2,614 from Friday Night <br />Bingo, and $226 of food sales, for total gross revenue of $59,543. <br />Total Prizes/Payouts, $41,419 with a net revenue of $18,124. <br />2. Cleary, who was unable to attend the July meeting, referenced the <br />2016/2017 fiscal year Bingo report provided for the July meeting. She <br />noted the documentation showed a 11.5% increase from fiscal year <br />2014/2015 to 2015/2016 and a 19.4% increase from 2015/2016 to <br />201612017. <br />Coleman said these increases in Bingo revenue indicates the <br />strategies, hard -work and dedication of the committee and its <br />volunteers running the Bingo program. <br />
