APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF July 26, 2017 <br />Smith asked for a motion to approve the minutes of the July meeting. <br />It was moved by Baumeister, seconded by Martinich, and passed <br />unanimously, to approve the minutes of the July meeting with the correction <br />of the spelling of Commissioner Bengtson's name on page 2 item 5D. <br />5. OLD AND NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Installation of Vice President and Treasurer <br />Coleman administered the oath of office to Vice President Cleary, and <br />Treasurer Basilio. She thanked them for their willingness to serve the <br />Commission in the capacity of their elected office. <br />6. Officer and Committee Reports and Recommendations <br />A. President <br />Smith said name tags and shirts will be ordered for the new Commissioners. <br />Additionally, he requested that committee members notify the committee <br />chair and the Commission secretary, if they are unable to attend scheduled <br />committee meetings. <br />B. Vice President <br />No report <br />C. Secretary <br />Martinich requested that if a committee meeting has been changed or <br />cancelled to please notify her. <br />D. Treasurer <br />
