Holt, Director <br />Joe Gibson, Director <br />Ed Jones, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />Improvement Projects Status Report for <br />In Fiscal Year 2015-2016, the Board approved 56 projects; as of July 1. 2016: <br />• Forty-two (42) are completed, <br />• Twelve (12) are in progress and will be carried over to Fiscal Year 2016-2017, <br />• One (1) was not completed as it was deemed not necessary, <br />• One (1) was a planning only project, <br />• A total of $2,846,841 was expended for capital projects. <br />An Annual Master Plan Update (attached) with a spreadsheet titled "FINAL - 2015/2096 <br />CAPITAL PROJECTS" will be kept with the June 2011 Master Plan; the Master Plan will be <br />comprehensively reviewed and updated, as needed, to better reflect the community as it <br />changes and matures. The entire June 2011 Master Plan is located at: <br />http://www.crpd.org/about_us/forms/default.asp <br />The attached spreadsheet details each project, including information regarding the project <br />manager, location, description, budget, year-to-date expenditures, balance, percent expended <br />(financial information as of 711/16), and comments (as of 711116).
