Completed projects on the FINAL . 2015/2096 CAPITAL PROJECTS spreadsheet are highlighted: blue projects are complete, = green projects are in progress and will be carried over to Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Park Facilities District staff worked closely with user groups, other agencies, and the community on all projects. Several notable projects were completed in this fiscal year: • Annual CIP Grant Funds Program: o McCrea Ranch Foundation ■ Repair/replace metal roofs; replace fence at McCrea Ranch o Amateur Baseball Development Group ■ Replace/add windscreen; replace chain link fence at Conejo Creek South o Equestrian Trails Inc., Corral #37 ■ Dressage Arena Improvements at Conejo Creek West • Play Area Renovation and Turf Conversion at Waverly Neighborhood Park, • Convert to Reclaimed Water at North Ranch Neighborhood Park, • Play Area Renovation at North Ranch Playfield, Goebel Cafe Upgrades at Conejo Creek North. Additional notable projects that will be carried over to Fiscal Year 2016-2017: • Design Development/Construction Drawings at Sapwi Trails Community Park, • Amenities Relocation and Playground Extension at Old Meadows Center, • Investigate/Develop Conversions to Reclaimed Irrigation at Triunfo Community Park (and North Ranch Playfield), 4-6 Pickleball Courts and Turf Conversion at Rancho Conejo Playfield, Phase 3 Development at Northwood Neighborhood Park, • Master Plan Development at Banyan Neighborhood Park, • Field Restrooms and Storage at Thousand Oaks Community Park, 0 Master Plan Development at Dos Vientos Community Park.
