CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Lange called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m., and Ohren led the flag <br />salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gillette, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen, Sorensen, and <br />Washington, Recreation Supervisor Kevin Lukes, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />Officials Certification - Sports Section <br />Lukes presented an overview and slide presentation of the certification program, <br />made available examples of training materials, and answered questions. <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />Gina Smurthwaite expressed her appreciation for the Volunteer Recognition <br />Dinner. <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Gillette, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A.
